Excellent. A piece on the very important antimalarial, artemisinin, a drug first published in 1979 with no name on the paper. It was discovered by Tu Youyou in 1972 - an exceptional scientist and unsung hero on @BBCTwo #icons @ChrisGPackham

#Icons is an odd one, but I've enjoyed learning about Tu Youyou. Until today my knowledge was limited to the joke about singing Happy Birthday to her.
